About the event
We proudly recognize Pvt. Stanley Meriwether, U.S. Army Veteran, who served our nation from January 28, 1976 – December 23, 1976. Pvt. Meriwether served in both the National Guard and Active Duty, earning an honorable discharge at the rank of Private / E-2. Though his service was shortened due to a medical discharge, his courage, commitment, and sacrifice remain enduring. Today, he lives with a 50% VA disability rating, a daily reminder of the cost of service.
In partnership with Purple Heart Homes and the American Fence Association (AFA), we are honored to donate and install a secure 6' Black Vinyl Chain Link Fence for Pvt. Meriwether at 2915 Highland Place, Indianapolis, IN 46208.
This fence is more than posts and fabric — It represents safety, dignity, and independence for a veteran who gave to his nation.
